Natalie Rossi

A Georgia native, Natalie has been dancing with TCB since 2014, after previously dancing as a guest artist. Natalie trained in the pre-professional program at International City School of Ballet, and was a trainee with the Richmond Ballet. She has won bronze and silver medals at the Youth America Grand Prix. Natalie has also danced with the Montgomery Ballet and Charleston Ballet Theatre. With TCB Natalie has danced many lead roles including Swanilda in Coppélia Nouveau, Cinderella in Cinderella 1944: A Love Story, Beauty in Beauty & The Beast, the Sugar Plum Fairy and Arabian Lead in A Minnesota Nutcracker, and Lucy in Narnia: The Ballet.

Isaac José

This is Isaac’s first season with TCB. Born in Puerto Rico, Isaac trained at Dance and Arts Master, Escuela de Danza 21 and Centro Danza, an acclaimed dance school in Puerto Rico. In 2015 and 2016, he had the opportunity to represent Puerto Rico on a worldwide platform, performing at the International Cheer Union and the U.S. All Star Federation. Previously, he has danced professionally with Ballets de San Juan and Atlantic City Ballet. Isaac received his BA in dance from Sagrado Corazon University.

Michelle Ludwig

Michelle has danced with TCB since 2020, returning after previously dancing a season here in 2013–14. She has danced several featured roles with TCB, including Glinda in The Ruby Slippers: A Wizard of Oz Ballet, Arabian Lead and Snow Queen in A Minnesota Nutcracker, and the role of Beauty in TCB’s original Beauty & The Beast. Michelle has also danced locally with St. Paul Ballet and Ballet Co. Laboratory, and worked with a variety of contemporary choreographers including Joseph Morrissey and Diane Coburn Bruning. Michelle graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of St. Thomas with B.A.s in K-12 education and Spanish, as well as a dance minor from Macalester College.

Tyler Piwowarczyk

This is Tyler’s first season with TCB.  A California native, Tyler began formal ballet training at the age of 16, then trained at the University of Utah, Texas Ballet Theater’s Professional Division, and studied on scholarship in summer intensive programs with Ballet West, Texas Ballet Theater, and Oklahoma City Ballet. He has danced with Utah Ballet, Minnesota Ballet in Duluth, as a principal guest artist with Northern Plains Dance, and most recently danced with Contemporary West Dance Theatre in Las Vegas. Tyler has danced featured roles including Hansel in Hansel and Gretel, the Nutcracker Prince and Cavalier in The Nutcracker, and Dan Westfield’s pas de deux Unnamed (#12). Tyler has a BFA degree in Ballet from the University of Utah.

MaryClaire Whitley

MaryClaire is from Charleston, SC. She trained with Charleston City Ballet, and graduated high school from South Carolina Governor’s School for the Arts, in Greenville, SC. She was also a trainee at Ballet West, where she had the opportunity to perform lead roles in many Ballet West Academy productions, including Balanchine’s Who Cares. While training full-time at Ballet West, MaryClaire also pursued her BFA in dance performance from the University of Utah. This is her first season with TCB.

Lisandro Neris

Hailing from Puerto Rico, Lisandro trained at Escuela Especializada en Ballet Julián E. Blanco. He also trained at Centro Danza, Ballet Concierto, Feijoo Ballet School, Sarasota Ballet, Cuba Ballet, and the National Ballet Theater of Puerto Rico. He has performed many lead roles such as Sigfrid in Swan Lake, Franz in Coppélia, and The Nutcracker & Cavalier in The Nutcracker. He has danced professionally with the Bahbt Company, and as a trainee with Sarasota Ballet. This is his first season with TCB.

Associate Company dancers

Shannon Moore

Originally from Chaska, MN, Shannon is a Ballet Royale Minnesota alum, and was an apprentice with TCB for two years before dancing as a trainee with Ballet West in Salt Lake City, UT. With TCB, Shannon performed the role of Clara and Arabian Lead in A Minnesota Nutcracker. Shannon performed lead roles in George Balanchine’s Divertimento #15, and Who Cares with Ballet West Academy, and performed in Ballet West’s production of The Nutcracker and Jerome Robbins’s Glass Pieces. Shannon has also performed as a guest artist with Aspen Santa Fe Ballet and Northstar Ballet. This is her first season as a professional company dancer with TCB.

Thomas Baxter

This is Thomas’s first season with TCB. Born and raised in Northern California, Thomas trained at New Ballet School in San José, and was later  promoted into New Ballet’s professional company. While at New Ballet, he had the opportunities to dance roles such as the Nutcracker Prince and Cavalier in The Nutcracker and Prince Florimund in Sleeping Beauty.
