"Girl Scout Day at the Ballet"!

This year we are offering Girl Scouts an opportunity to attend all four weekend showings of Cinderella 1944: A Love Story.

The "Girl Scout Day at the Ballet" will include:

  • A special STEAM brochure that highlights the physics and mechanics of the art of Ballet

Tickets are available for purchase in person and online.

  • Tickets can be purchased in person through the Ames Center Box Office in Burnsville. Groups of 10 or more can purchase tickets from Ames Center by phone. Please visit the Ames Center Website for box office hours and contact information.

When selecting seats, select the “Unlock” button and enter the discount code in the box. All prices will update to the Girl Scout rate.

Performances of “Cinderella 1944: A Love Story” are Friday, May 12 – Sunday, May 14, 2023.

The Masquerade Dance Theater at Ames Center, 12600 Nicollet Avenue, Burnsville, MN 55337

Tickets are 15% off the regular ticket price: $24.65, $35.70, and $39.95, Reserved Seating.

“Cinderella 1944: A Love Story”  is approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes with a 15 minute intermission.

There will be a Girl Scout table in the front lobby of Ames Center prior to each performance and during intermission. 

There may be additional patches are available in limited quantity at the Twin Cities Ballet Boutique during the performances of “Cinderella 1944”.

Twin Cities Ballet’s Artistic Director, Denise Vogt, will host a Q&A exclusively for Girl Scouts after the Saturday 7:00pm performance.

Girl Scouts and chaperones should remain seated while other guests exit the theatre and then some theatrical secrets will be revealed and Girl Scouts will have the opportunity to ask questions.
