Mini-Coppélia is a delightful abbreviated version of Twin Cities Ballet’s original story ballet, Coppélia in Paris. It is a perfect introduction to the art of ballet for young children. This family-friendly show is TCB’s fun twist on one of the world’s most famous ballets, the comedy Coppélia. Set in 1920’s Paris, the ballet mixes humor and beautiful dancing. The story moves between “real life” company scenes and traditional dances of Coppélia, showing how life sometimes imitates art… or is it the other way around? Suitable for all ages.
