TCB Auditions for “Coppélia in Paris” will be held on Sunday, February 11, 2024.

A Minnesota Nutcracker Audition

Casting Auditions for A Minnesota Nutcracker will be held Sunday, September 24, 2023 at Ballet Royale Minnesota. This is a wonderful opportunity for dancers to be a part of a professional ballet production and join one of the most widely attended holiday events in the area. A Minnesota Nutcracker will be performed at Ames Center December 7–10, 2023.

Auditions will be separated by Ballet Royale Minnesota levels or by age (non-Ballet Royale Students).  There will be a mandatory Zoom parent meeting on Thursday, September 21 at 7:30pm. A $25 non-refundable Audition Fee will be due prior to the audition.

Students must pre-register by paying the Audition Fee (PayPal Button below) and filling out the Registration link below before attending the audition. Audition fees are non-refundable.


12:00-12:30pm: Audition for Youth Ballet I/II/III & Pre-Pro 1A-3A (or Ages 7-10), Check In: 11:45am

12:45 – 2:00pm: Audition for Youth IV, Int. I & Pre-Pro 4A/4B (or Ages 10+ with 1 year or less of pointe), Check In: 12:30pm

2:15- 4:00pm: Int. II, Pre-Pro 5A & higher (or Ages 12+ with greater than 1 year of pointe), Check In: 2:00pm



If you are interested in auditioning this year, parents must attend the Zoom meeting on Thursday, September 21 at 7:30pm. This meeting will go over production protocols as well as discuss the important dates and commitment level.  After filling out the Registration Form, you should see the Zoom link.
